Service Agreement

Intellectual Property
All custom code, designs, and assets created for clients remain our property until full payment is received, after which ownership is transferred as per the project contract.
Payment Terms
Projects typically require an upfront deposit. Balance payments must be settled according to the agreed milestones. Delays in payment may result in project suspension.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for any illegal activities, including distributing malware, unauthorized hacking, or any action that violates international cyber laws.
Revisions & Support
We provide a specific period for bug fixes and revisions after deployment. Ongoing maintenance beyond the initial scope will be subject to a separate support agreement.
Limitation of Liability
SoftHut.lk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service downtime or external security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
